Kitten!

Hi Girlses!

I bet you are enjoying your visit with Aunt Cassie and Zave!!!  They came to Gigi's house a couple weeks ago to see Aunt Tanya, we all had fun together.

Today Gigi and G-pa and Aunt Stephanie got a new kitten.  His name is Julius Caesar - it's a little bit of a joke because our other kitty is Brutus.  He is very friendly and frisky, too!  Here are some pictures of him.

He really likes to play with his jingle bell ball attached to a string!
And this is how Brutus feels about having a new kitten in the house  . . .
Actually, Brutus probably only feels this way because he doesn't have any idea that Julius is here, yet!  He might be mad later, but for now we aren't letting the 2 kitties near each other.  Julius is staying in the office until he gets used to us a little more and Brutus has been sleeping since we brought the kitten home.  He might find out later when he takes a walk around the house, but for now, he hasn't found his new friend!

Yesterday, I got my Mother's Day present from you and Mommy and Daddy!  It is a beautiful photo album with lots of my favorite pictures from Momma's blog!  Thank-you SO SO much for helping Momma make it, it's very special to me!

I love you two girls forever!  I hope you have fun with Gram and Pop and Aunt Cassie and Zave.  I can't wait to see you when we come in August!

love,
Gigi

spring comes to Denison Park

Dear Lily and Sam,
I haven't kept you up to date recently, sorry!  So here's a blog post of pictures I took while I was walking in the park recently.  Stephanie was working at the shop and I drove her over there, but didn't have any errands to run so I walked in the park and took pictures with my phone.

The tree leaves were just starting to come out - can you see the tiny bit of green on the tree?

You can't see them very well, but there were kids playing on the playground!

 Looking UP through a tree

I like this gazebo on the pond - it's so pretty!

This picture is the other side of the pond - can you see the back of the gazebo?

I really can't remember if this was a bush or a tree with the reddish leaves coming out!

So there you have it, my first post in a long time - - with pictures of my walk in the park!  I'm glad you liked your Easter package, I know you get tired of Mommy always taking pictures of you and making movies, but it's really fun for Gigi to be able to watch you do stuff sometimes!  I love you both and I hope you send me some pretty pictures of spring in Germany!

Love,
Gigi
